the staff was VERY helpful, providing immediate assistance with any request. My room featured a yoga mat for in-room exercise, promoting wellness. The location is next to Bryant Park, which gave very convenient access to nature.

the room was impeccably clean. it featured modern furniture too. the bed was comfortable! i slept well. the location is fantastic! it is right by bryant park. it made it easy to explore the city.
the air con was quite noisy. it made sleeping a bit difficult.

Waiting to go down took forever, and the button often just turned off. The room I received did not match the beautiful studio layout advertised on the website. The bathroom door was a sliding type with large gaps, and it offered little privacy (I could hear everything!).

I booked a beautiful room. it was perfect for a four-night stay. the nespresso machine was an added bonus. I appreciated the sitting area. the large window overlooked the library and bryant park.
The pillows were too soft. This was my only quibble.

the location was amazing, with coffee shops just minutes away. the staff was amazing!!! levi was very cute during check-in and consistently helpful. the complimentary welcome juice and popcorn were delicious.
the air conditioning system kept starting at 8 am, even when turned off. the fan noise would wake me up. doors are not acoustic treated well. i could hear everything happening in the corridor.
